If you're specifically preparing for the new Support at Home program and want software designed from scratch for those reforms, Caresoft is building exactly that. Worth evaluating when they launch.
At $5/user/month, Caresoft is the cheapest option by a wide margin. If budget is the primary constraint and you can wait for general availability, their pricing is hard to beat.
Caresoft's bulk import with diff preview and service catalogue with rate history are features they highlight heavily. If migrating large client datasets is a key concern, evaluate their tooling when available.
