No. NDIS uses per-worker-tier pricing (A$49–$249/month + GST) — each tier includes a set number of workers. On the Scale plan, additional workers beyond 50 cost A$5/worker/month + GST. Aged Care uses per-bed pricing (from A$249/month + GST billed annually, or A$299/month). Admins, coordinators, and managers are always free.
All care data (participant records, shifts, timesheets, notes) is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). We follow Australian Privacy Principles. Transactional services (email delivery, payments) may use overseas infrastructure — see our Privacy Policy.
