No. Kareshift is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or exit fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Each plan includes a set number of workers (5, 20, or 50 depending on your tier). Within that limit, no per-user fees. If you grow beyond your included count, it's just A$5/worker/month for each additional worker — no surprises, no lock-in.

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). We follow Australian Privacy Principles and are working toward ISO 27001 certification.

Yes. You can import workers and participants via CSV. If you're migrating from another platform, our support team can help with the transition.

We're launching with NDIS first, but the platform is built sector-agnostic from day one. Aged Care (Home Care Packages) and international markets (UK, NZ, UAE, Singapore) are on our near-term roadmap.
