Keep families in the loop, without the phone calls.
Staff post a short update and a photo; relatives read it in a private portal. It is built for care homes and residential aged care, and it is included in the aged care plan.
What staff do, and what families see
Staff write an update on the resident's profile and, if they like, attach a photo. The relative sees it the next time they sign in, and gets an email to say there is something new.
You decide who can see
Invite by email
Add a relative's email to the next-of-kin tab and send an invitation. They create their own password and name.
Revoke any time
Removing access takes effect immediately, even if the relative is already signed in.
One sign-in, several residents
A relative who has more than one person in care can switch between them from the same login.
What it is, and what it is not
The family update feed is one-way and written by staff. It is not a live care timeline and it does not show schedules or care notes. It is available for residential aged care in Australia, New Zealand and Canada and for UK care homes, not for NDIS or disability services.
Updates are plain text and photos that staff choose to share. Anything a family member signs in to see is limited to the residents they were invited for.
