We collect and process personal information only to provide the service, support access and correction requests, and maintain appropriate security safeguards. We do not sell or share data with third parties except where required to provide the service.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and audited.
Client records, timesheets, and audit logs are retained for up to 7 years to meet Whaikaha and Ministry of Health record-keeping expectations. Account information is retained for the duration of the account plus 30 days. You can export all your data at any time.
Yes. All records (worker details, client records, timesheets, compliance documents) can be exported as CSV, Excel, or PDF at any time. The full audit trail is retained for 7 years and is available on demand.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data remains in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export everything. After that, the account is suspended. We retain archived records for up to 7 years where required for regulatory compliance.
