Your subscription is based on total bed count in your home. The base plan includes up to 30 beds. Above 30, you pay £9/bed/month + VAT (monthly) or £7/bed/month + VAT (annual). Workers are unlimited — no per-user fees, ever.
The 90-day trial covers up to 30 beds, with no credit card needed. It includes everything except Xero Payroll sync and payroll export, which need a paid Aged Care plan. At the end of 90 days, choose monthly or annual. If you don't subscribe, your account enters read-only mode — we never charge without your explicit consent.
